agent4u's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which agent4u is incorporated and licensed. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent agent4u from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
